Travel Buddy is a platform that connects individuals seeking travel assistance (Seekers) with volunteers willing to provide help (Volunteers) at airports. We are a neutral facilitator and are not directly involved in the agreements made between users.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the application in a manner consistent with our Code of Conduct. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither endorse nor are responsible for the accuracy and reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Travel Buddy be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
